He grew up in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Kolkata, India and London, U.K. and found a role model and mentor, his own father, who started multiple businesses and took him under his wing at a very early age. Also worked with 2006 Nobel Peace Prize Winner Dr. Muhammad Yunus at the Grameen Bank and Grameen Shakti, which influenced his overall outlook of working with the "committed" and doing work "worthy of God" plus "creating impact".
His Karate Sensei Kazi Muhammad Qais inspired him to be a Teacher and be a light for others.
He carries his Sensei’s Black Belt Excellence of 1. Honor 2. Modesty 3. Self Control 4. Perseverance 5. Indomitable Spirit and 6. Self Realization since he is 4 years old.
He went to one of the best business schools in London, U.K. getting a BSc., an MBA and a Technology degree plus working in Investment Banking and non-profit businesses, like the Victoria and Albert Museum.
He immigrated to Canada with $1,000.00 in his pocket, could not restart his career in banking with no Canadian degree and no Canadian work experience, hence started his own Financial Planning Practice specializing in advanced Life Insurance and Investment Strategies for Families, Professionals and Corporations in Canada.
He served as a Full Time Term Faculty at University Canada West, does Volunteer Community work for Greater Vancouver Bangladesh Cultural Association (GVBCA), The Steveston Buddhist Temple as a Sunday school Teacher for children, Strata Council Member where he lives and Mentors several Technology and Start Up Entrepreneurs in Vancouver, Calgary, Richmond, Edmonton and Toronto offices. He has been working as an Advisory Board Member at the University of California, Riverside campus for the Design Thinking Program which enables the worlds best Technology companies in the Silicon Valley to gain peak performance. Also, Richmond RECYCLING Champion at the City of Richmond, volunteering for 17 years, raising awareness about recycling the correct way. Plus a Volunteer Instructor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Extended Learning and at the Yaletown Roundhouse, teaching Alumni and Seniors the benefits of Financial Literacy.
He is an asset to every single person he meets and he is devoting the rest of his life towards bringing more Freedom, Security and Peace to Canadian Families and Business Owners, as a City Council Member of Richmond.

他在孟加拉達卡、印度加爾各答及英國倫敦長大，並找到了他的榜樣與導師——他的父親。父親創辦了多家企業，並在他年幼時便將他帶在身邊悉心栽培。他亦曾與2006年諾貝爾和平獎得主穆罕默德·尤努斯博士在格萊珉銀行及格萊珉能源共事，這段經歷影響了他的整體人生觀：與「有承擔的人」同行、做「無愧於上天」的工作，並「創造影響力」。
他的空手道師父 Kazi Muhammad Qais 啟發他成為一名教師，並成為照亮他人的光。
自四歲起，他便一直秉持師父所傳授的黑帶卓越精神：一、榮譽；二、謙遜；三、自制；四、堅毅；五、不屈不撓的精神；六、自我實現。
他就讀於英國倫敦最頂尖的商學院之一，取得理學士、工商管理碩士及科技學位，並曾從事投資銀行工作，亦曾服務於維多利亞與艾伯特博物館（Victoria and Albert Museum）等非牟利機構。
他移民加拿大時口袋裡只有1,000.00元，由於沒有加拿大學歷及加拿大工作經驗而無法重返銀行業，因此創辦了自己的理財規劃事務所，專門為加拿大的家庭、專業人士及企業提供進階人壽保險及投資策略。
他曾擔任加拿大西部大學（University Canada West）全職合約教員，並為大溫哥華孟加拉文化協會（GVBCA）從事義務社區工作，在史蒂夫斯頓佛教寺（Steveston Buddhist Temple）擔任兒童主日學老師，出任所住物業的業主委員會委員，並在溫哥華、卡加利、列治文、愛民頓及多倫多的辦公室指導多位科技及初創企業家。他一直擔任加州大學河濱分校（University of California, Riverside）設計思維課程的顧問委員會成員，該課程協助矽谷全球頂尖的科技企業達致巔峰表現。此外，他是列治文市政府的「回收先鋒」（Richmond RECYCLING Champion），義務服務17年，推廣正確的回收方式。他亦是卑詩大學（UBC）延伸教育及耶魯鎮圓屋社區中心（Yaletown Roundhouse）的義務導師，向校友及長者講授理財知識的益處。
他是每一位與他相遇的人的珍貴資產，他將以列治文市議員的身份，把餘生奉獻於為加拿大家庭及企業東主帶來更多自由、安全與和平。
