I share the same values and vision of Dickens and his team. I hope I will be a good asset to We Are Richmond and would like to make every endeavor with you to deliver Richmond residents more peaceful, more prosperous, more affordable place to live and work.

I have lived in Richmond over 23 years and am very familiar with this city and people. My background is building and engineering. I am Fellow of Engineers Canada and registered with EGBC as a professional engineer for over twenty years and with CIQS as a professional quantity surveyor for over 18 years.

I was proud of being involved in the construction management of three Canada Line stations, Broadway City Hall, Olympic Village and Yaletown Roundhouse stations. In addition to the project management of two townhouse projects in the Garden City and Blundell area as well as six high rise buildings projects next to Richmond Oval, I took part in the project coordination of large entertainment facility developments in Burnaby, New Westminster, Langley. I was also in the capacity of Facilities Manager with VIRL overseeing library facilities maintenance and development for 39 locations across Vancouver Island.

With my past experience of working in both private and public sectors, as well as different board of director roles, I believe I can do more and better with you for the benefits of Richmond residents.

Together with my supporters and yours, we will be successful in the election on October 17, 2026.

我與Dickens和他的團隊抱持相同的價值觀與願景。我希望能成為「全民列治文」團隊的一份得力助手，並與大家攜手努力，為列治文居民締造一個更和平、更繁榮、居住及工作成本更可負擔的家園。

我在列治文居住超過23年，對這座城市及其居民十分熟悉。我的專業背景是建築與工程。我是加拿大工程師協會（Engineers Canada）資深會員（Fellow），並以專業工程師身份於卑詩省工程師及地球科學家協會（EGBC）註冊超過二十年，同時亦以專業工料測量師身份於加拿大工料測量師學會（CIQS）註冊超過18年。

我曾參與三座Canada Line（加拿大線）車站的建造管理工作，包括Broadway-City Hall（百老匯城市廳站）、Olympic Village（奧運村站）及Yaletown-Roundhouse（耶魯鎮車廠站），對此深感自豪。此外，我也曾負責Garden City（花園城）及Blundell（布倫德爾）地區兩個鎮屋項目的工程管理，以及Richmond Oval（列治文奧林匹克體育館）旁六座高層住宅項目，同時參與Burnaby（本拿比）、New Westminster（新西敏）及Langley（蘭里）多個大型娛樂設施開發項目的工程協調工作。我亦曾於VIRL（溫哥華島區域圖書館系統）擔任設施經理，負責監督溫哥華島39個地點的圖書館設施維護與發展工作。

憑藉我在私營與公營機構的豐富工作經驗，以及曾擔任不同董事會職務的歷練，我相信能與大家一起，為列治文居民做得更多、做得更好。
